We use USPS and UPS for all domestic and international orders.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order number confirming we’ve received it. Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please note it may take up to 2-3 days for tracking information to update.

Once your package leaves our facility, it is under the care of USPS or UPS, and we are not responsible for delays or issues during transit.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a product has shipped. However, if an error is made on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent), we will provide a resolution, which may include a refund or cancellation.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

(a) a damaged item 

(b) an incorrect item, or

(c) a missing item,

please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are shipped to the address provided. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, as we ship orders exactly as submitted.
